Busy "bees"!

Nancy was very busy yesterday afternoon changing our Hannukah window to Valentine's Day. If you're looking for that perfect gift for your special someone - why not one of our kits or a bundle of fat quarters. Why not make a special table runner to serve that romantic dinner on! It's only 6 weeks away but that's enough time to get it done.
I look forward to the first Saturday of the month now because I know that the classroom will be buzzing with a wonderful group of hardworking quilters. The ladies who come each month to lend their talents and support to Healing Heroes are busy as bees and have already shipped off 12 completed quilts to Ottawa. We are so proud to be a part of this very worthy cause. Here they are busy cutting, piecing and pressing.
With fabric donated from all over they put together masterpiece lap quilts.

They spend the whole day hard at work (a break to shop a little) and it is a joy to have them. Thank you so much ladies for allowing Cock A Doodle Quilts to be a part of your lives.

On the "homefront" all is well, the kitchen and hallways are still clean!....and tonight I continued work on the red and white "Hankie" quilt. I will share my progress soon.

Happy Quilting!

Jo-Ann
